How can i get my car back?

I am a refugee from Nepal and i recently purchased a vehicle from a Grand Shop of Ga. They took my 1998 and gave me 2800 for the honda. the Van i purchased was sold to me for 3800. I was to pay the balance at a rate of 50 per month. They told me that if i had any problems within a month, they would fix it. One week after driving the vehicle the engine or transmission started acting up on me; engine light came on and vehicle barely moved. I took it back to the dealership and they said they fixed it. 4 or 5 days later, the vehicle started making a loud noise and the engine light came on and then it stop moving altogether. I had to get it towed back to the mechanic and they said it was the battery! The Battery! Then the next day, i was instructed that the vehicle was fixed.

I purchased a car from a California dealership and had it shipped and registered to my Oregon Address. I have had it serviced 5 times for a problem with the airbag and seat belts. All 5 services have been in California as I live in California much more than I do in Oregon. Do I have a Lemon Case in California or Oregon.

Hello, We have two questions concerning a used vehicle purchased through a dealership...

This used vehicle purchased through a dealership with a life coverage of the loan for the transmission. Q) #1: Diagnostics reading proves 3 internal sensors within transmission are faulty, It is now at the dealership (which is 70 miles away now) and they said it was low on fluid when infact it was NOT. They also say the engine light is not on now when in fact it WAS (this is the way to get the diagnostics test)? Q) #2: This same dealership recently deactivated the vehicle from afar because our payment went missing in their office? Are they allowed to play these games? Are there any law(s) we can stand behind through this very highly stressful situation?? MOST Dealerhips are a problem, only if you have one!

I purchased a car from a private owner and we checked it out and test drove it before buying it and everything looked great. Then on the way home it kept stalling out like three times. Now it's sitting in my drive way with a major oil leak...which was not their when I purchased it. Now my question is does the lemon law apply here?
