How do I fix and (can I press charges) my ex filed fraudulent court documents?

My nearly ex-wife filed final judgement, Income and Expense (with my income listed much higher than it is) & default divorce papers as me (forged). She had them notarized and somehow got them filed at the court. I only found this out by looking at our case via the website. what can I do? I would like to have them changed so I can submit my own papers (with my actual signature) and would also like to see what can be done criminally?

Thank you!

My personal belongings shipped from Seattle

I shared a container with 3 parties that we all were planning to pay $1,000.00. The wrong storage unit was loaded so the items that were shipped we mostlly things that need to be in storage. I have not paid the $1000 yet. I thought I would have a job by now and would have the funds. I have been told all my things will be kept by the person who paid for the shipping until I pay. There are probably over $20,000.00 worth of merchandise they are holding hostage. Do I have any recourse? I have an antique sofa included in there, worth about $7-10K alone that I am want to sell to pay for my share. If it is in a locked storage for athat I do not have a key, that makes iat difficult to show and sell.

Who's liable?

Our family attorney failed to file the final accounting as required in a probate matter. A disgruntled family member filed a petition with the court and consequently the executor was found in contempt. Our attorney has charged over $8,000 in legal fees defending this action. The judge made it a point to get the attorney to admit he was at fault in the court room. The judge awarded the disgruntled family member $1,000 in attorney fees. Combined, we are out $9,000. Is this money recoverable from our attorney? If so, what is the best course of action?
