Registered a domain and used actively since 1999. Can a trademark filed in 2009 force me to give up my domain?

I registered a domain in 1999 called The[word1][word2][word3].com. In 2009 a company registered a trademark of [word1] [word2] [word3]. He now is threatening me with trademark infringement. His company didn't even exist until 2004 when they took the .net version of my domain.

In 2000 I registered [word1][word2][word3].com as well to avoid issues of people forgetting to put the word THE at the beginning. I have done this sort of thing with many of the domains I own and operate to guarantee I don't have people grab a domain that could be confused with mine.

Do they even have a leg to stand on? I was first to use the term in commerce. How can I stop this before it starts to cost a lot of money?

In brief I filed filed in pro se case against a person who took money all the money I had. I am jobless and I have the economic difficulties any one can have and health problems. The defendant lives in a different county than I but we live in the same state. I filed the case in my county and now the defendant through his attorney requests the court to “dismiss the case for lack of proper venue”. I have e-mail communications from him telling that he is going to return my money but this never happened. He has internet based businesses interactive /active site. Please advise what would be the best defense to keep the case in my county since I transferred money from my county and I the victim am in the county in which the case was filed. Please give a clue for that I will be very thankful.

A University of Washington Medical Center researcher has been routinely lying about me in internet forums for over 3 years now. I've been ignoring it, but now finally considering putting together a lawsuit as the lies have gotten more outrageous the more I ignore him (I had to call the police to get him to stop contacting me directly via email). Can the University be held liable for his behavior? To what degree can people be held liable for internet comments that are untrue and meant to discredit others.

I have questions regarding Medicaid Planning

I have done some research on the Internet and read about something called a life estate where my dad could retain the right to live in the home - called a remainder interest. We would like to know if this would be an option for us?
I have also read about the Medicaid Estate Recovery Act. We are wanting to know what can be done to protect ourselves from this if possible.
I have also read where it is permissible for a parent to transfer assets to a child who has lived in the home with the parent for at least two years and provided care to the parent prior to the parent entering the nursing home. How does this work exactly and what affect does this have on the Medicaid Estate Recovery Act?
