My boyfriend is held by ICE now. What should I do?

My boyfriend was arrested for DWI three days ago. Even though his bond has been set up, ICE holds him in jail. His F-1 visa expired in May of this year, but he has a valid I-20. His I-94 is good as well. He's been registered and going to school so far. Thus, the international office at his school writes him the letter of enrollment verification and even his professor is willing to write a personal letter to show this academic performance. I got all of the documents - passport, visa (expired), I-20, I-94, the letter of enrollment verification-, but not sure where to send those documents. In this situation, is there any possibility for him to get deported?

May I sue airline if it didn't provide the service we need so that we had to go home from airport?

My dad has copd and needs oxygen during the flight. We applied for this service with a foreign airline for an international travel, but after we boarded, we found the airline didn't prepare enough battery for the oxygen generation device to work. We had to leave the plane and to go home. We asked explanation, but never got one.

International Divorce Law Query

Dear Sir or Madam:
My husband and I were married 2 years ago in one European country, while we were residing in another European country. We are both US citizens. We are again living abroad. I supported our family last year while my husband was unemployed, and per our agreement, my husband this year is to support the family, but has been unable to attain employment. I suspect his "lazy" nature is waiting for me to find employment for the family. I am not interested in supporting him. I would like to inquire about divorce proceedings. I am the caretaker of our child, and would like custody. Where would I begin? (Would it behoove me to not seek employment now, as I've heard the person with a higher income would be responsible for supporting the other spouse?) Thank you

Im considering an accelerated 5 year masters/bachelor's degree program before going to law school. Is this worthwhile?

Im finishing my 2nd year at University, and now planning where to from here. I want to spend one semester studying international law abroad and then finish with a masters and bacchelors degree in an accerated 5 years. Is this something the finer law schools consider and what in your opinion(s) are the most important factors (other than money) the best law schools look for in new students?

How should I proceed to get green card if I am on J-1 visa with 2 year home country requirement?

My first J-1 was for pursuing masters degree and was sponsored by East West Center (a federally funded organization). My second J-1 was for a short term training sponsored by FAIMER (foundation for advancement of international medical education), a non-profit organization. My third J-1 was for pursuing PhD and was sponsored by University. I have two year home country residency requirement in all of these three programs. I recently finished my PhD and currently working in the University as a Researcher and I am still on J-1 and my DS2019 will expire on May 2012. Can I apply for a green card? if yes, how should I proceed?

A trust fund was left for me by my grandparents. How can I access details about the account?

My uncle has insisted that it is only for college tuition and nothing more. Also, I asked how much the total amount in my trust is, he said he couldn't tell me. There are other rules he has brought up including the fund not being able to be used on a test fee needed to complete a course. I have a hard time believing any of this, especially since if the money isn't used by a certain age it all goes to my dad and uncles. How could I find any information proving this is true or false? Do I have a legal right to view these documents and how do I go about this?
