Will I be commiting a fraud?

My motorcycle was stolen but the same day my bike was stolen is the day i opened my policy. Now the policy was opened 1 hour after the bike was stolen. I made a police report on the same day then called the insurance company 2 days later and told them about it. They think i set up the whole thing to get money out of them. But I told the insurance company the truth and just like what was on the police report. It's just that the policy was opened 1 hour after the bike but i don't know my insurance card say effective midnight. So will I be charged for fraud?? (my info for the insurance company is the same as the report I didn't change or lie about anything)

The insurance company has filed a civil action against me for fraud.

I had a homeowners fire in Dec. 2006 and now the insurance company has filed a fraud civil action against me. The letter I received stated that they would offer me to pay $48,333.33 within fifteen days of the date the letter was written, otherwise they would file charges. I never received $48,333.33! I sent them a certified letter asking for all documentation, checks, affidavits, statements and whatever else they used in their investigation before I could render a decision. I sent it certified and first I received the cert. card back blank, I sent a second one and received a letter stating there wasn't any such claim number. Now some two months later I receive the information after the dead line of the fifiteen days and now there is a scheduled hearing on Dec. 7.

Company charged my credit card; i have never conducted business with this company.

An insurance company charged my credit card. The charge subsequently created a disaster of over draft charges and such.

I have never conducted business with this company.

It is apparent that this company gained access to my credit card information; and someone used thier charging terminal to make a charge on my card.

Can i sue them for obtaining my information without my consent; not keeping secure my information; charging my credit card without consent; or anything else?

Do I owe this, or is it at fault from the dealership, due to lack of inquire on their part?

I purchased a used vehicle from a well known dealership. They first said the payment would be $248 per mo. At the end of the finance paperwork (last page of course) they said it would be $354 monthly. Now I have made my payments ontime (despite having tostay on welfare just to make do). I have tried to refinance w/o luck due to the dealership claiming me with a creditor for $500.00 supposidly for the GAP insurance that was used to trade in the old vehicle for a downpayment. I was under the impression that my GAP was $500, but recently investigated through the old financer that the GAP was only worth in the $200 range. Now I am unable to refinance due to bad credit and can hardlymake ends meat. The creditor rep has even said she thinks that I was an "easy target" as there are gaps in papers.
