They arrest me because when they checked my background I had a felony (stolen car) . That time the judge gave me 2 years of probation, I did those two years and I thougth everything was ok with my immigration status. I went to court , the judge let me go with 1600 bond cause he understood there was no reason to deport me. After that , the goverment prosecutor appealed the case , sent it to Virginia and now im waiting for an answer from them. waiting me. Besides this there are no other arrests ever made, except a dui in 13 yrs ago. His green card should expire soon (2-3 yrs) could this conviction get him deported? also, the prosecutor would also change the felony to carrying a dangerous weapon, instead of a carrying a firearm if he accepts the probation deal that was offered.
