I sometimes drive without a driver license because of forgetting my wallet. So I intend to make a copy of my driver license and place it in my car. Is it ok if I have a copy of my driver license or I must have a real driver license while operating a vehicle in Georgia?

My boyfriends mother, who is my son's grandmother, stole one of my bank statements for my mortgage account from my home. She recently left me a voice message stating that she stole the statement and that she "knows a little more than I want her to know."

How can I make her pay for this?

My sister in laws girlfriend asked me to co-sign a loan with her. She had my social, driver's license, and bank account number. She then used my information and took out a loan of $10,000 with cashcall. She said it was for escrow, but she didn't have my permission to do this. I never signed anything with cashcall, but they they still gave her the money. She put it into my bank account and asked me to make out a check in her name. I didn't like this, but I did it. I had her sign a contract saying she was going to make the payments on time, but she has not. I'm afraid it's going into collections now and I don't know what to do. I don't know if I should make a police report or continue to look for her.

Can students legally come knock on your door to sell a product?

Can students from a college legally knock on your door and ask you for a purchase of some sort of magazine they are trying to sell? We have been very patient.. around 25 different people in the last two weeks. They say there are 300+ students, and if I purchase from one of them they will leave a DND sign and no one else will bother me.. Sounds like bribery and harassment if you ask me.. after I politely decline, they rudely walk away and say "That's no excuse if you don't have money".. etc .. Can you help?

Account was used during identity theft. I have been to court or subject to going for over 5 years now. Case was taken last time (I was told by Circuit Court Judge) to Court 11/08, when firm could not provide proof, Judge ruled vacated. Now again, about a year later, another company has taken over this case and without any warning to me, I receive letter from same Circuit Court - order for wages break down, Garnishment has been awarded to Creditor - provide information or dispute.
