She had my social, driver's license, and bank account number. She then used my information and took out a loan of $10,000 with cashcall. She said it was for escrow, but she didn't have my permission to do this. I never signed anything with cashcall, but they they still gave her the money. She put it into my bank account and asked me to make out a check in her name. I didn't like this, but I did it. I had her sign a contract saying she was going to make the payments on time, but she has not. I'm afraid it's going into collections now and I don't know what to do.
