Undisclosed marriage

My husband is a malaysian, when he was interviewed in the American embassy, he did not claim that he was married twice as the divorce to his former italian wife is not yet final. He attempted to annul it but was too late since he was already called for the final interview and this force him to use his first marriage wife (who is me and I am also a malaysin, a permanent resident here.).Now, the divorce is over and final, what will he do to clean his name in the immigration and certainly not affect his application for citizenship. We are living happily together and I don't have plans to sue him since I already forgiven him.

Do i have legal rights when a gun is pointed at me by a game warden?

I was driving a public road when i seen a deer in the feild. I stopped to look at it , was there for 2-3 minutes on my cell phone . when a game warden came out of the woods and asked to see my D.L . when i went to get thenm from my back pocket he started yelling to see my hands . he told me to exit the truck , patted me down and started saying i was going to shoot the deer. I had a unloaded rifle in the front seat !! he was very unprofessional during and after the altercation I would have to loaded the gun and then pull the gun from the passenger seat , point it out the window at him , Before he shot me !!! and if i were going to shoot the deer i would have not had the time to load and shoot the deer before he got to the truck !!! I do believe that his actions were uncalled !

Local non-911 police dispatch recently lied. I am considering recording the next telephone dispatch conversation sans consent.

Dispatcher stated the city did not have an ordinance governing an issue I called about. I knew then it did exist. I was hung up on.

Does his right to privacy as a public officer trump my right to proper police service? I believe my right to point out negligence and corruption trumps his right to privacy as long as recorded as a public official in the performance of his duties?

At issue is security. Literally, who you going to call? How can one feel safe when a public official disregards and violates a citizens right to proper police services.

I do not believe as the face (in this case, the voice) of a police department he can expect privacy. I believe CA PC Sec 632 (c) leans to the citizens favor. Any legal precedents? police specific? Thank you.
