I believe my right to point out negligence and corruption trumps his right to privacy as long as recorded as a public official in the performance of his duties? At issue is security. Literally, who you going to call? How can one feel safe when a public official disregards and violates a citizens right to proper police services. I do not believe as the face (in this case, the voice) of a police department he can expect privacy. I believe CA PC Sec 632 (c) leans to the citizens favor. Any legal precedents? police specific?
