I want to bill them $200 for the cost of the equipment and then, if they do not pay in 30 days, turn them over to the DA for Failure to Return Property. We have had 2 collection days which they were informed of in team meetings and all were called at least twice to inform them of these days. Many were emailed as well. They were also notified at our banquet that our final collection day would be Nov 21st and they would be billed for the equipment if they did not turn it in. She asked her cousin to return the item for her cuz she was quiet busy, and she just realized that her cousin lost that item so it's never been returned(somehow the website has never contacted her for this) So, she tried to contact the website to apologize + so she pay for it or something but the website has been disappeared, She has this number and address that she should have returned the item to, so she called to that number, but it's no longer use.
