Can I turn parents of football players over to the DA for failure to return property to reclaim football equipment?

I am the President of a Pop Warner Football organization in NC. We have players who have not turned in their (our) football equipment and this happens every year. I want to bill them $200 for the cost of the equipment and then, if they do not pay in 30 days, turn them over to the DA for Failure to Return Property. We have had 2 collection days which they were informed of in team meetings and all were called at least twice to inform them of these days. Many were emailed as well. They were also notified at our banquet that our final collection day would be Nov 21st and they would be billed for the equipment if they did not turn it in.

Is not being precise on addressing the right person in court grounds for dismissal?

My boyfriend's last name is Garmon. He has gone to two court dates, both of which his father was with him. If the judge never specified whether it was his father or my boyfriend when he addressed Mr. Garmon, is that grounds for dismissal? I have been told that it is has been grounds for dismissal once before but, what is the actual law?

in addendum to my question of what defines ownership-what rights do i have against threats?

in adding to the question about my proceeds from my home, my parents have also threatened my son, and i. they are now calling people telling them horrible things about my character, which are obviously false. also, they are claiming to call child services to report abuse in attempts to have my son taken from me (all which will be proven false) but it is scaring him. i had to take him to a shrink today over this. he is very upset. further more, they have not only told my son and i, but are telling others that they will spend their entire lives ruining ours. (my son is 9)-this is ridiculous and i need to know if i have rights to make this stop? they have also threatened to call social security, (in attempts to have our survivors benefits) taken away? i don't know how to make them stop

Can students legally come knock on your door to sell a product?

Can students from a college legally knock on your door and ask you for a purchase of some sort of magazine they are trying to sell? We have been very patient.. around 25 different people in the last two weeks. They say there are 300+ students, and if I purchase from one of them they will leave a DND sign and no one else will bother me.. Sounds like bribery and harassment if you ask me.. after I politely decline, they rudely walk away and say "That's no excuse if you don't have money".. etc .. Can you help?

The website that she bought something has been disappeared.

Ok, this is what happened to my friend:

about 7 months ago she bought $200 worth item on this website but received an wrong order (older generation model)
So she contacted the customer service, and cs apologize nicely + sent a correct order + asked her to return an wrong one.

She asked her cousin to return the item for her cuz she was quiet busy, and she just realized that her cousin lost that item so it's never been returned(somehow the website has never contacted her for this)

So, she tried to contact the website to apologize + so she pay for it or something but the website has been disappeared, She has this number and address that she should have returned the item to, so she called to that number, but it's no longer use.

What should she do? any negative affect to her?
