Dad now has HELOC against house. He gambles regularly with his friend. Now is cashing in stock to "spend". He has nothing to show for any of this money - house in disrepair, old car, etc. He may need the funds for long term care or health issues. What are my legal options as the Trustee? My husband rushed him to the first aid area and they called for an ambulance since he was unable to walk without assistance and complaining of pain. They called and ambulance and he was treated at the hospital, x-rayed and released with a diagnoses of "back contusion". We submitted everything into our medical but are left with about $1200 still in deductibles. I submitted everything to the stadium management and started a claim with thier insurance.
