I just signed a parenting plan with my ex-husband. We have joint custody of our younger son. He wants to live with me full time. What do I have to do to change the parenting plan and have my son with me full time. My divorce wiped me out financially. Is there a form I fill out and take my ex-husband back to court without an attorney? My younger son (age 14) tells me that he will tell the judge he wants to live with me full time. Please help me.

Thank you.

My divorce is in process and my husband left me and the kids. Now he heard that I'm in a relationship that is not true. He hasn't been there for our kids. He hasn't helped me out or sent money. I am only 21 yrs old and my kids are 5, 3, and 1. It's been 2months since he has seen them. And now, he says that he is going to do whatever it takes to take them away. I am doing my hardest to provide for them I have a part-time job and I am going to start going to college. Can he take my kids away knowing that it is not true that I am in a relationship?

I Was Ordered To Pay Ex 90,000.00 In Property Settlement Based On Court Approved Home Appraisal 8 Months Ago. House Sold For 50,000.00 Less Than Appraised Value. The House Was Sold Thru A Real Estate Company Ordered By The Court, So There Are No Game?

Going on.Shouldn't I now owe ex 50,000.00 less, and if so how do I make it official with the courts that I now owe my ex 40,000.00 instead of the original 90,000.00

Dear Sir
I like to file the summary dissolution divorce petition in CA, We fulfill the criteria for this. We have no community property,no unpaid community obligations, separate property of our own to divide.
Do we still need to have a property settlement agreement?
What i should write to the 3 worksheets as we don't have any community property, community obligations, separate property?
I am unemployed.
Do i still need to fill up the Income and Expense Declaration form fl150 and exchange it with my spouse?
Please answer this questions. It'd be highly appreciated.Thanx.

Not notified of death of father nor of petition for probate

My estranged father, resident of California, passed away in 2008. He left estate to 2 charities & his girlfriend, who he named executor in an unnotarized will witnessed by 2 neighbors. Despite fact that he had my address, we were never notified of death, and the notice of petition of probate was sent to very old address belonging to my deceased grandmother. We never received notice of petition of probate or death. A family member just discovered his death certificate on Ancestry.com. When I took a look at the will, his signature does not look at all like what it did. I have old samples of signature. Girlfriend/executor's lawyer does not respond to my letter requesting affidavit of steps taken to contact us. Would like to pursue with attorney but I cannot afford much. What do I do?
