I'd like it if a lawyer would read my links before they blurt out their answer. Please see this for my question.

Yes, you may be law professionals, but you don't know every law and some may be what you don't expect. Apparently, the three I got answers from didn't even bother. I didn't mention hunting cats, there's another link, on the page. YOU CAN hunt cats in Minnesota. And Wisconsin is considering making it legal. Think before you speak. And, no these sites are not joke sites. They are being serious. Even though this may seem morally abhorrent to you, please do some research, click those links and look up some laws. If you think these sites are full of it please say why they site their sources.

I'm not planning on doing it, but here is my question here, that someone asked. It seems yahoo wouldn't really be the place to ask. I was hoping you could provide a better answer, from a law professional.

Here are a few links I have on it, but I'm wondering what it is in the United States, if I can look it up by state perhaps, if the law varies. In General, and not just this question, if I can look up law questions without having to go through volumes of books.

Would it matter is the cat wasn't yours but was a stray? Basically both cases

Can a family member sell away mineral rights to the family farm without the consent of the other family members

A family member was contacted regarding mineral rights to a family farm sold several years ago and stated that "he" didnt need the rights. The rest of the heirs have not been notified and just wanted to know if we can find out how to protect "our" rights as this area has turned out to be a hot spot for natural gas. Can he give away the rights without the other heirs and family?

The hunters are loud a use allot of curse words when they are at the camp. I can hear the cursing in my house. I have talked to them about it and all they do is get mad. I have talked to the land owner about it and he said that they would be gone. But that did not happen.

I neighbor just dug a drainage ditch through my woods and used some old brick and firewood to build a dike alongside the ditch. He did this without asking me, and now rainwater will wash my gravel driveway out. I documented this incursion with a camera before it every got wet the first time. He also cut through roots with an axe.

2 Pitt bulls came into our yard, attacked and killed our miniature horse - what recourse do we have?

2 pitt bull dogs came onto our property, somehow got into our fenced yard that keeps our golden retrievers in, got into the corral, then attacked our miniature horse until they killed it. We were home, called 911 and got animal control and the sheriff's dept out and our veterinarian. There was nothing we could do as our horse was being mauled to death. The dogs would walk away, but as soon as the horse moved, the male pitt jumped back on him, so I could not get to the horse to help him. By the time we and animial control were able to contain the dogs, and our vet was able to get to the horse it was too late. This was so violent and so horrible. What recourse do we have? No person was bitten. "Only" the horse was attacked and killed while we could do nothing but watch.
