Want to start a nonconnected PAC - I know how to register with FEC, but not how they are usually structured (entity, bylaws, etc

In forming a nonconnected PAC, what is the usual practice?

How to insulate from liability? With an entity of some sort? Or are most just unincorporated organizations?

How to establish officer structure?

What about ownership (of things like the donor list) issues? Rights and responsibilities for the organizers? Control?

Assuming that the PAC will only collect donations and then donate to candidates for federal office, what are the PAC's responsibilities to the state where it is based?

Reference TRO's

Even the California Bar Assoc. is on record stateing that TRO's are to liberally handed out.

I was accussed by my ex of child abuse,Sheriff Dept investigated and stated False report.

She then filled with CPS, again came back 'False Report. Yet it took 8-9 months to get thrown out.

The sitting Judge has giving speechs at "Womens Refuge", Had decided she was going to "alow" a 1yr TRO, based on allegations of Domestic Violence, when in fact my ex had stated in her original filling,"he has never hit me, but I know he is going to."

Can an incumbent candidate use the Phrase "Re-Elect" to District 4, IF (due to re-districting) he was never elected to that Dist

This is a City Council race. The candidate using the phrase was the incumbent of the former District 2 and elected to that position. As a result of a heavily gerrymandered redistricting, he became the District 4 rep. Completely different/new district with different constituency. It seems a far stretch of the truth to use the term re-elect. I am a challenger and am considering addressing this with the local Board of Elections.

Should Sarah Palin have to pay for her wardrobe?

Our govenor, Sarah Palin, was given clothing to wear by the RNC while campaigning for Vice President. Now, the news keeps harping on the outrageous spending and improper use of the attire. Articles claim that lawyers from the RNC will be conducting an inventory of the clothing and if it isn't all accounted for she will have to pay for the clothing. Is this legal? Can she be charged for this clothing that was clearly a gift?

I recently made a contribution to Barrack Obama's campaign for $500. I'm wondering if this is tax deductible? Also, out of curiosity, if he has money left after the election, where does that money go?
