Hello Sir/Maam!
I am an adopted daughter of a US Citizen & an Immigrant. They adopted me when i was 14 years old & court decisions were finalized that same year. I am living with them since then, attending to my needs; shelter, foods & education. I am 20 years old now. Unfortunately my father died last 2007. Sadly we havent started the petition yet. We know that my mother could still petition me but how is that possible if am turning 21 middle of next year? She is a Greencard holder & go to US often, just once a year for a vacation. We were living together here in the Philippines. I believe she is eligible for US Citizenship which can make my petition faster. So if we file her US Citizenship now together with my petition, what is the chance that i could go to US before i turn 21? thanks!

unemployment: employer did not call in to testify but appeal examiner still was hard on claimant

i did an appeal. my boss gave someone my positon and laid me off while on maternity leave. i relocated to another state. got denied for employer states i left voluntarily. i had the appeal over the phone employer did not call in but the examiner was very hard on me. she ask me one question about how and why i got layed and thats what i was prepared for.all the rest was about have i been looking for work? do i have childcare? and etc..she throw me off guard with those question. they werent answered too well so it made it seem like i was lying just cause i was nervous. even though employer never called in to testify against me it still seem like i wont get approve. i look at it like if i would have never got layed off i wouldnt be in this situation! Do u think it can go in my favor?

First time DUI Minnesota

I was given a first time DUI over the weekend blowing a 1.3. I was pulled over because my headlight had gone out that day.We were driving back a few blocks to our hotel and were pulled over as I pulled into the hotel lot. I have no record of any kind and not even a speeding ticket in my life. What are the chances I can plead this down from DUI if any. I was fully cooperative and was driven back to the hotel by the cops that night.
