I cosigned for a friend's credit card. She isn't paying it on time. Can I sue to make her get a loan to pay off the card?

I live in Ohio. I cosigned as a favor for a friend on a credit card to buy a motorcycle. She is now not paying on time or even paying the minimum. It has adversely affected my credit rating. Can I sue to force her to get a loan to pay off the card? Can I sue for credit damages? The card is closed to further charges, but is there anything I can do to get it to go away?

I had co-signed a loan with my fiance, in FL. Earlier this year he left me, and I came to find out he had not been paying the loan off for a house we moved into together. I now am stuck with the loan on top of everything else while he moved out to another place. I cannot stop paying or it will ruin my credit. What can I do to hold him accountable?

What are the consequences of the judgment?

I used title loan service, the other words I gave my title and borrowed from title loan company $1000. I was making payments on time, but the interest is killing. I had a car accident and my car is totaled. I didn't have full coverage on the car. Loan company wants me to pay off loan completely as there is no more car. I can't afford to pay off the loan completely, I already paid around $1000, but because of the interest I owe around $1000. They want to sue me, they are not agreed on payments and of course they don't need my car. What kind of consequences can be if they sue me? Is it gonna go on credit, or they will put lien on my account.....I just don't know what to expect..

granted her 3 increases on her credit line. They approved me for a loan but told me before I could accept they wanted to come by my house to see where I live. Also I told them I have an employment verification line to call for proof. They did not want the number b/c you have to pay to receive the information. Well what they so is call my direct supervisor 4 times leaving voice mails asking that he call back to verify that I work there. After they told me they would not and did not. When I got back to work my supervisor let me listen to the calls. I am not taking a loan from these people but who can I contact to report them.

What are a car buyer's rights if a car loan is denied after 23 days of financing the vehicle.

On Oct 28th of this year I financed a car and was told by the dealership that the car was mine. After 4 visits to the mechanic and such, 23 days pass and I receive a call stating I have to return the car because the loan was not approved. Isn't there some sort of time period I would have to be notified by the dealership that the loan was not accepted? I actually spoke with the lender on Nov. 16th and they said my 1st payment was due on DEC 4th.
