I had to put a fraud alert on my ssn and about 2 years ago, a court commissioner ruled the case dismissed and told me it would be the last time I would have to appear in connection with this case. I just received in the mail an order for garnishment to be awarded to the same case file. I asked the circuit court how, they said it must be an oversight, and to send a copy of the dismissal to all parties involved. How do I find out what to do next? I want to know what to expect or how to end this FOREVER.
