A new tenant moves in and is causing all kinds of parking problems. The lease states parking in the front of the building is for customers only. We are very limited on parking. I have taken pictures and sent letters and no one calls me back. This is terrible, we used to have a great relationship until someone new took over the position of property manager. The building has terrible parking and they leased the unit next to me to someone who needs more parking. We are now fighting with the neighbor and the owners won't call me back.
