I need to know what they would legally require from my company. I would need their patients insurance identification number, their diagnosis, and whatever medication they have tried but didn't work to treat that conditions. Are doctors allowed to release that information to another medical professional are a subcontractor or outsource?

Is this ground to invalidate the contract or is this legal?

Saw van on e-bay, called dealer for the buy it now price. Looked good, so we drove 234 miles. Salesman went over power doors, ramp, kneeling system, driver seat moves back and rotates and hand controls. All good went for test drive-great. Motor vehicle purchase agreement and retail installment contract signed. Deposit made.
Left feeling very good.
Salesman called Monday to see if we talked to VA. Yes Va said that person was out until Wednesday. He said OK
Wednesday President of dealer called-to say he had bad news. They sold the VAN. But he found two others with 68,000 and 58,0000 miles.. said NO !!!
Question ??? We signed our contract Friday with deposit... He received other contract on Wednesday morning ???
He stated he did not want to wait for VA answer .And other buyer is a friend.

Landlord and other tenant are breaching the lease. No one will call me back!

I have been renting from them for 4 years. A new tenant moves in and is causing all kinds of parking problems. The lease states parking in the front of the building is for customers only. We are very limited on parking. I have taken pictures and sent letters and no one calls me back. This is terrible, we used to have a great relationship until someone new took over the position of property manager. The building has terrible parking and they leased the unit next to me to someone who needs more parking. We are now fighting with the neighbor and the owners won't call me back. I am doing just what the lease states and the neighbor is not. This is costing me money when my customers can't park in front of my store. What can I do? They are maximizing their rental income at our expense!
