Judge screamed at mother that she was "poisoning" child against father, and that it was "all her fault" that she mailed the letter to the father (who brought copies to court). Judge screamed that he would remove all children from custody of mother and place in foster care DUE TO THE LETTER. Father had abandoned family due to affair with another woman but now wants shared custody. Demeanor of judge seemed completely inappropriate. Attorney was unable to represent his client, as judge kept telling him to "sit down and shut up." Is this not judicial misconduct?
