income was only $8100 . It was a little more than that the last time he filed in 1998.He is clearly underreporting his income. He reported on his taxes that he is a carpenter and he owns rental property and underreporting the income he receives from the rental property as well. Can his income be imputed based on what a carpenter makes. Also what role can his properties play in this.

Moving from joint legal/physical to sole

My original divorce decree gave us a 95/5 split with 'liberal' SUPERVISED visitation, phone calls three times a week. My ex calls once a week if we're lucky, and sees the children every other year for three or four days at most (he's active duty military and in California, we're in Washington). I would like to change from joint custody to sole physical and legal custody since he really has very little to do with their lives. How difficult would this be?

I am in Florida but have full residential custody...joint legal. Have been slowly planning move due to fathers threats - he lives in another state. He has signed over custody to another famiy should anything happen to me, has written and said he wants no contact with his child, no visitation agreement, asked to be left alone and only contacted in an emergency.
He has been spying, is saying he will sue me if we move North- foudn out about plans.
How can I go and protect myself and son? Need to go for medical and educational reasons .How can I go? He is unstable and unfit threatening my life. No visit order in orginal agreement or subsequent where he gave up any interest in visitation or contact until 18 so can't I go? How can he keep me here? It is frightening.
