How do I fix this problem?

I was with a girl when she was 16. Her parents did not like me and waited until my 18th birthday to call the police on me and they charged me with CHILD ABUSE LESSER OF LEWD BATTERY, and come to find out that they lied to the courts and told them that she was 14. I just need to know how I can take care of this charge so that I can get a job and be able to do things like normal people.

But recently he hit me beacuse he was so drunk. I am illegal here, if he hurt me again what are my rights? I am afraid i will get deported and they take my child away from me if i call the police if things happen again. Please advise....Thanks!

HI,
I'm located in Mass and have recntly ennterd into an open adoptin with my wife niece to become the parents of her 3 yr old duughter, the 3 yr old was taken by the state after she had been serverly injured, the grandparents where the mother and the 3yr old lived where not concedired for placement do to findings by the department of Family and Children. The open adoption with the Mother and Father allows them visitaion, but provides no visitation for the granparents who want to see her however, my wife and I feel its not in thebest interst of the child due to the abuse that took place while living with the same granparent, which leads to the question <What rights do the maternal grandparents have?

Child Sexual Abuse allegations when both parties were minors.

I was recently accused by my younger brother of sexually abusing him when we were younger. According to him when this all happened we were both minors. Now the pennsylvania children and youth division is accusing me of being a sexual predator and has even been able to get several court orders against me preventing me from residing with or having contact with ANY minor child or risk criminal prosecution. According to one of the court orders I am not allowed to set foot into my parent's home. Can they legally do this. Also do I have any basis to challenge them in court for damages?
