Can I get an H1 visa with an Associates Degree from the USA?

Hi,

Here is my case. I came here 3 years ago to study Graphic Design (A.S.) because I couldn't afford anything else. In my second year of classes I got a job at a Printing Company and worked with them under CPT (Curricular Practical Training). After I finished my A.S. I continued working with them under OPT(Optional Practical Training)

Now, my year under OPT is almost over. I have been trained in all aspects of the business, and was named Store Manager. I have gained more experience in this year and half with them, than in my entire degree. At this point I am the one that runs the store and the one who takes care of orders and knows how all the printers work.
My company really wants to sponsor me, they say they'll do anything to keep me here.
Is there any way?

The personal rather than business claim is being prepared by the claimant who is not an attorney. The trustee has asked for information and documentation that is not available by the hearing date. So, what is the most likely scenario at this point?

Civil suit

In brief I filed filed in pro se case against a person who took money all the money I had. I am jobless and I have the economic difficulties any one can have and health problems. The defendant lives in a different county than I but we live in the same state. I filed the case in my county and now the defendant through his attorney requests the court to “dismiss the case for lack of proper venue”. I have e-mail communications from him telling that he is going to return my money but this never happened. He has internet based businesses interactive /active site. Please advise what would be the best defense to keep the case in my county since I transferred money from my county and I the victim am in the county in which the case was filed. Please give a clue for that I will be very thankful.

Is it legally safe to run a online classifieds website as a sole proprietorship?

I am setting up a classifieds website, and I want to know whether starting out as a sole proprietorship is legally wise. If the website is sued for anything, would the proprietor be completely responsible?
Of course, there would be disclaimers and terms of use on the website, but I don't know how much protection those things would yield. The probability of this happening is relatively low, but I would like to as legally bulletproof as possible.

Insurance company benefits regarding out of country 3-level Cervical Artificial Disc Replacement surgery.

I am considering this surgery because my neurosugeon here say's I need a 3-level cervical fusion. he has put in for authorization of this surgery. I am a carpenter and this surgery may make my current job impossible to do not to mention the recovery period. I have contacted Blue shield+Calpers HMO and they said that both the implants and the procedure have to be FDA approved or they won't pay.

My pertinant questions are; If I pay "out of pocket" for the surgery what stance will the insurance company take regarding any possible future problems or treatments involving my spine? What chance so you think I have of getting them to pay for all or part of out country surgery? I am considering Stenum hospital and it is listed as a provider in their worldwide network. Thank you>

The company which hired me did not have a contract with their client. After recieving all final architectural drawings from me and just prior to final payment the company which hired me notified me that thier client was no longer need thier services. The companys' owner then informed me that I was not going to be paid my final payment. What can I do about this? It has been almost a year and I would like to get paid for all the work I did,
