I am jobless and I have the economic difficulties any one can have and health problems. The defendant lives in a different county than I but we live in the same state. I filed the case in my county and now the defendant through his attorney requests the court to “dismiss the case for lack of proper venue”. I have e-mail communications from him telling that he is going to return my money but this never happened. He has internet based businesses interactive /active site.
