I emailed the company stating that I did not join a membership and told them that the card # they have on file does not belong to me and requested further information. The company emailed me back stating that the membership had been joined via telephone and that they have the recording for proof. My wife nor I joined this membership. I asked how they obtained this card # but they have not given me that information. I would like a copy of the telephone conversation that they supposedly have. Do I have a right to this. Younger brother and SIL are alcoholics and would beg, borrow and cheat from the family. We gave up and stopped seeing them 20 yrs ago. However my brother guilt-ed my Dad to making him executor. Middle brothers wife is an alcoholic so they prefer to socialize with the younger brother. My dad had a mechanical bank collection that he never displayed. I bought a replica of one for my son when he was 3. My son loved it. My Dad brought 3 totes of about 40 banks and gave them to us 15 yrs ago. When he would visit he would show my son how it worked.
