I join the GA Air national guard. I sign up for 6 years to be a 2a5x5 C-130 Crew cheif. 15k bonus and GI Bill kicker and of course the school was part of the Deal. A full time job opened up in the Hydraulic shop which i was already qualified to do. I won the job and was switch to a 2a6x5. Full timers do not get bonus's. I now have a federal job out side of the guard. The Guard claims that i'm not eligable for anything i signed up for. No research has been done on their part. I'm still a 2a6x5 and have not recieved ANY bonus. Also at the same time the 2a5x5 had a 15k bonus, the 2a6x5 had a 15k bonus as well. Is this a breach of contract on their part? Can i get my bonus? Can i just get out of the guard? Thanks. The warrant was issued for missing a court date which I subsequently appeared for and the matter was resolved (negligent boating). I was arrested at the airport, never marandized. I was booked into king county jail. While in jail they finger printed me under the incorrect name and ignored me when I tried to inform them of their error. Additionally when my friends came to bail me out they were initially given the incorrect facility and then told I was not there due to the jail booking me under the incorrect name. I would like to sue due to the extremely large inconvenience, mental and financial stress this has placed on me. I contacted the court and they admitted their error.
