My spouse was arrested earlier this year for DUI. His sentence was probation before judgement. He was also ordered not to drink and to attend alcohol classes/counseling. He has not been attending:( He was recently drinking and driving again (has been all along) and his probation officer found out. What happens now? This is a violation of probation? Do they arrest him? If arrested and they find that he did do these things will he have to serve time? What is typical in this situation?
