I have registered new business in MI and I got my Tax ID, my goal is to serve a person who wants to ship his car, furniture or products to overseas or to their countries, whoever our duty is to arrange the full process by calling Maritime Carriers to schedule & reserved a container then we call the transportation / moving companies to pickup and ship these items to one of the USA ports which has been scheduled.
All of the documents will be signed by our customers (Transportation/Maritime Carriers Documents).
The question should we have a special license for this type of business? If yes what is it?

What action can I take against a mechanic that filed a lien against my boat. It was in his shop for minor repairs and then we found his quote to be too expensive for the services. He said he would try to bring down the price so that we could make the necessary repairs. However, my son was in a major car accident and 2 months went by, my husband went to get the boat and he would not return it or let us see it. My husband did not know what to do ??? NEITHER did I. then we went to to shop several times and they were stauling for time. A few months went by and I reported it to the police. I tried to report it stolen and I was told it was sold off as a lien. The lien is a fraud what can I do???

wage garnishment of an international water worker

Can the wages of an internatinal water worker be garnished? My husband works on the oil rigs across the world. He listened to his DUMB father and allowed one of his trucks to be repossed. My husband claims that he is protected under the Jones Act or Maritime Law or some other typ of law where his wages cannot be garnished for anything except child support or by the IRS. I need to know whether this is true or not.
