I am committed to advocating for immigrants and their families. While our firm handles various immigration matters such as, family visas and removal proceedings my passion is in representing clients with humanitarian immigration matters. These include cases for asylum applications, human trafficking, and cases where immigrants have been victims if crimes in the United States.
Immigration attorneys (sometimes called “green card lawyers”) represent people who want to come to the United States, whether it be for schooling, work, or just a visit. Immigration lawyers can also help “illegal” immigrants found living in the U.S. without permission. Immigration laws govern who can enter the U.S., how long they can stay, what they can do while they are here, and how they can become American citizens. If you are not a U.S. citizen and want to apply for a green card or other visa, or if you are already in the U.S. and have been threatened with deportation, an immigration lawyer can help you.
