I specialize in drafting complex agreements for corporations, real estate developers, investors, startups and joint ventures pursuing corporate, real estate, and intellectual property matters. On the litigation side, I represent businesses and public entities including financial institutions, insurance companies, healthcare corporations and municipalities in a wide-range of litigation cases.
