Firm Claim We are happy to help you claim Avvo Profiles for every attorney in your firm. Please fill out a form letter that authorizes the release of the profiles to an individual in your firm. Often this is a senior assistant, a marketing contact, or maybe an office manager. The person to whom we release the profiles is then responsible for managing the process within your firm. You can have one person update all the profiles, or simply ask individual attorneys to fill in their own information. Once the profiles are claimed, each attorney will have a unique sign-in (his or her e-mail) and password to make updates to his or her profile whenever he or she wishes.
Please note that when the profiles are claimed, we will automatically calculate a numerical Avvo Rating that will appear on each profile page and in search results.
Please fill out this Authorization Letter, which gives us permission to release the profiles to an individual in your firm*, and send it to us on your firm’s letterhead. Once we have received this letter, we will process the profiles and return individual usernames and passwords to you.
We recommend that you inform your attorneys of this request. Please allow up to 2 business days for us to process your request.
*The individual to whom the profiles are to be released must be an employee of the firm
