Summary Judgment for Nancy Fresilli

Plaintiff initiated litigation against Intellisponse and others arising from his discharge from that company. Plaintiff claimed that Ms. Fresilli tortiously interfered with his business relationship with Intellisponse. Attorney Rudzik argued that Nancy Fresilli could not be held liable when (1) she did not interfere with the business relationship of the Plaintiff, Brian Whitney, and the Defendant, Intellisponse, Inc.; (2) she gave honest advice in response to a request for advice; and (3) there was no evidence that her advice and conduct were the product of “fraud, misrepresentation, intimidation or molestation” or that she was acting “maliciously.” The Honorable Robert Stengel granted summary judgment in favor of Ms. Fresilli.
