Videolarm sells to Moog for $45 million
Nelson Mullins represented Decatur-based Videolarm, Inc. in its sale to Moog Inc. (NYSE: MOG.A and MOG.B ) for $45 million in cash. Rhys Wilson led the Nelson Mullins team, which included Hemant Dutta, David Goldberg, Jim Holmes and Margaret Welch. Hodgson Russ LLP of Buffalo, NY represented Moog.
