Trucking Wrongful Death - Truck turned in front of motorcycle

Tractor trailer turned left in front of approaching motorcycle. Truck driver says he never saw motorcycle, but motorcycle must ahve been speeding. Utilizing in depth knowledge of federal and state law regarding qualification of drivers and defensive driving principles, the driver was shown to be in the wrong and trucking company elected to settle before facing a jury.
