Pulled over in Richardson for speeding 80 mph in a 60 mph zone, and crossing a double white line to pass two slower moving vehicles. The officer testified that he failed all of the sobriety tests given, and refused to provide a breath test.

A video was made at the scene, and played in court for the jury.
