"Not guilty" verdict from jury.

A Harris County Sheriff's Deputy had pulled my client over after my client left a bar. My client allegedly fled from the police and then failed the deputy's field sobriety tests and refused to give a breath sample. He was charged with DWI. We tried his case (Charles Adams assisted me) and he was acquitted by a jury. I then had W.H.E.'s record expunged (which is why I refer to him by initials rather than name).
