State v. Michael Boyd

This was an interlocutory discretionary review petition to the Washington Supreme Court which addressed a case of first impression --- that is, in a case of computer images of children alleged to be engaged in sexually explicit conduct, what discovery must be provided to the defense? We won and, as a result of this decision, will receive copies of all evidence to work with throughout the superior court proceedings.
