After the first trial ended with a hung jury, Clyde Taylor and I represented Andre McKenzie in a second trial. Mr. McKenzie was charged with 1st Degree Murder and the State of Florida was seeking the death penalty. Mr. Taylor was lead counsel, and he and I were able to secure an acquittal after a week long trial.
