Solorio vs. Rush Trucking and Gary Turner et al,

This case involved a young Hispanic father of two (2) children who was driving a van on a Chicagoland expressway who was hit in the rear and crushed by a large semitrailer. Our investigation revealed that with full knowledge of his company employer, the truck driver had been driving his tractor trailer well over the hours that are allowed by Federal Trucking Regulations. We were able to prove through the receipt of his phone records and gas receipts that his log books were falsified
