Schultz v. FSC Paper Corp., et. al

This case involved a business man who was one of the leading forklift salesman in the world who opened up the back of a semi-trailer to measure it to determine if the forklifts would fit inside the trailer. Unbenounced to our client, the defendants failed to properly secure a 2000 pound roll of paper which upon opening of the doors by our client fell onto him crushing his hip. Our client sustained a significant injury to his hip.
