In re Marriage of Rideout, 150 Wn.2d 337, 352-53, 77 P.3d 1174 (2003)

I represented the mother who was unsuccessful when she tried to get her teenage daughter to go on part of a visit with the father. The lower court held my client in contempt and the appellate courts upheld the ruling. It was difficult for my client and I disagree with the courts' rulings, but it made important law in Washington State.
