Post Judgment Action

On March 5, 2009, I successfully defended a Motion for Contempt and for Legal Fees as a result of a contested evidentiary hearing. The other party's motion was completely denied, even though my client owed $12,100.00 in support payments to his former Wife. This was accomplished as a result of my deep knowledge of actions regarding contempt, legal fees, and related defenses as it relates to family law. No purge provision was granted, nor was a judgment mandated against my client.
