Settled lawsuit for minor for $2.5 million.

Premises liability case where parents took their child into the laboratory where the father worked. While in the lab, the child drank a beaker of base that caused massive internal injuries. The child made great strides and will likely live a normal life as an adult. This case resolved just before trial, however, we had all our experts in place to prove that the defendant company was liable. The clients are very happy with the results that our firm obtained.
