My client, P.S., was injured when the other driver, insured by GEICO, ran a red-light and struck her car. P.S. hurt her back and had approximately $15,000 in medical expenses as a result of the accident.

Before trial, GEICO was only willing to pay for the medical expenses to settle the case. We refused their offer and took the case to trial. The jury awarded P.S. more than double that amount.
