Matter of JOSE ANTONIO TEJEDA

Individual was ordered deported. I overturned criminal conviction by vacating plea and conviction in criminal court. The case was then remanded to the immigration judge by the Board of Immigration Appeals. The Immigration Judge terminated the removal/deportation proceedings and my client walked out a permanent resident. His application to become a US Citizenship is now pending before the US Citizenship and Immigration Service.
