Lisa Jaronitsky vs John Smart

Ms. Jaronitsky was forced to stop in the inside travel lane of a five lane road (four travel lanes and a middle turn lane) as she came to a stop for a car that had stopped in the inside lane, she was struck from behind by a pickup truck. She sustained a neck strain and a mild traumatic brain injury. As a result of the injury, she was unable to pursue home inspection services. Although she had never pursued this work full time, she had just completed her certification in it.
