Plaintiffs sued Defendants (my clients) in two separte lawsuits, seeking damages in excess of $2,000,000. After several motions, most of Plaintiffs' complaint allegations were striken by the judge. We filed cross-complaint against Plaintiffs, and the Plaintiffs essentially became the defendants in the case. In the middle of trial, a settlement was reached which included Plaintiffs paying in excess $120,000 to Defendants (my clients).
