John Doe vs. Jane Doe

Defendant committed adultery and had a child out of wedlock. Parties also had 3 children together. After Plaintiff found out about the affair, he filed for Separate Support and eventually Complaint for Divorce. Case went to trial in January on issues of child custody, alimony, and division of marital assets.

Judge ruled that my client (husband) have full physical and legal custody; Decreased Wife's visitation; Increased Wife's child support payments; Ordered division of 1/2 of Husband's retirement account; No order for alimony despite 10+ years of marriage.
