The case settled for a confidential amount.

In this case, I represented a worker who was injured when a storage vessel suspended on a chain fell and severed the end of his foot. As a result, he is forced to wear a prosthetic. I filed suit for future medical expenses (non-subscriber case and employer had paid past medical expenses), lost wages and loss of future wage earning capacity, disfigurement, past and future physical impairment, and physical pain and mental anguish. After designating experts, we were able to resolve the claim at mediation with Judge Jim Parsons for a confidential and satisfactory amount.
