Seven figure settlement after three days of trial

This was a birth injury case resulting in a catastrophic brain injury to a newborn, who sufferred seizures shortly after his birth and was
diagnosed as having cerebral palsy There were errors in the administration of pitocin, and a delay in the performance of a cesarean section, with evidence of fetal distress on the electronic fetal heart monitor. Had this mother and child been properly attended to, the pitocin stopped, and the baby promptly delivered this child would have been born healthy. The most rewarding part of representing victims of medical malpractice is being able to provide the resources necessary to care for them for the rest of their lives., as we were able to do in this case.
