Plaintiff

E.A., Conservator of the Person and Estate of G.A.

Samuel Joseph Mamola
Avvo Rating: 7.8 (Very Good)

Settled in Mediation, Gross Recovery $650,000.00

Plaintiff alleged that Defendant, who was daughter of the Conservatee, took her mother to a Notary Public to '...sign some documents to lower your property taxes.' Her mother was over 75 years old, widowed, deaf, and does not speak English. The document she signed was a quitclaim deed in favor of daughter.

Conservatee and her other six children retained Samuel J. Mamola, Esq. to pursue a financial elder abuse claim action against Defendant daughter for fraud and elder abuse, under the Elder and Dependent Adult Civil Protection Act (EADACPA). Defendant capitulated to a substantial settlement in favor of her mother, at mediation, shortly before trial.
