Flex Building Development Approval

This is one case of many where I represented a developer seeking various land use approvals that were required for development. This instance involved approvals for the development of a flex building, which is a commercial building that typically houses one or more light industrial type uses. In this case, in order for the project to proceed, the developer was required to obtain all of the following approvals from the Township of jurisdiction:
Multiple variances, Conditional Use, a Special Exception and an amendment of the Conditional Use.

I represented the developer in all phases of the project and successfully obtained all necessary approvals.
