We prevailed in the Appellate Court.
The Appellate Court reversed the trial court's dismissal of the plaintiff's case. The attorney handling the trial matter failed to obtain a Judge's signature or stamp on an Order allowing the filing of the proposed amended complaint prior to the expiration of the statute of limitations. I drafted and argued the appeal and the Appellate Court reinstated the case finding, correctly, that the plaintiff's counsel had done all he could do and could not be held responsible for getting the judge's signature on the Order before the statute of limitations ran. .
