Farrelly vs. Watts, et. al.

This case involved a child who was brain damaged during the course of a labor and delivery at the defendant hospital. This case had been turned down and rejected by four (4) lawyers prior to the case coming to our office. The case was referred by one of Mr. Phillips opposing counsel on another case who felt that Mr. Phillips could give this family their day in court.
